When will I receive the product?

Shipping time varies depending on the type of product.

~ Regular product

After confirming your order payment, the estimated shipping time is 1 to 4 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

~Handmade products

The number of days required for delivery varies depending on the product and the timing of your order.
Normally, the estimated shipping time after payment is confirmed is 5 to 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 days after shipping.

What is the process from ordering to delivery?

Step 1: Product arrangement (within 24 hours of ordering)
After your order (payment confirmation), we will place an order with the manufacturer within 24 hours (once we have confirmed the stock, we will send you an email notifying you that the item has been shipped from overseas).
→ We inspect the products, carefully wrap and package them, and prepare them for shipping.

Step 2: Shipping your product from overseas to our domestic warehouse (3-6 business days after your order)
The goods are shipped from overseas, go through customs and are transported to Japan. After arriving in Japan, they go through customs again and are transported to a domestic warehouse.

Step 3: Shipping from domestic warehouse (6~18 business days after order)
We inspect the products that arrive at our warehouse, check that there are no problems, and pack them up → We then ship them to the customer via a delivery company.

Delivery may be delayed due to the inspection process to ensure the quality of the product or due to the flight status of international transport. In that case, we will take appropriate measures, so we ask for your understanding.

Didn't receive a shipping email after purchasing the product?

We will notify you by email when the item has been shipped.

If you do not receive an order completion email, please check your spam folder.

Please note that if you use "domain-specified reception" or "spoofed email rejection settings" for your mobile email address, there is a possibility that emails from us may not arrive correctly.

I ordered by mistake. Can I cancel?

Unfortunately, we only accept returns and refunds if the product is defective or missing.
